SHIPPING DETAILS - May 2024

There is a fixed delivery charge of £6.95 per parcel. Parcels can contain multiple packets up to a maximum weight of 2 kilos. 

All parcels are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, unless the parcel value is more than £150 when Special Delivery Service is used. Deliveries are sent using strong crush resistant boxes, securely taped, sealed and labelled.

Parcels are mailed on Fridays and Tuesdays. Cut off points for dispatch on these days are Thursday 9.00pm and Sunday 9.00pm.

COMBINED ORDERS

Wherever possible multiple orders from the same customer received within 48 hours of each other will be combined into one parcel to save on postage costs, but if parcels have already been prepared, they cannot be undone to include subsequent orders and separate postal charges will apply.

When orders have been combined, an email will be sent advising the customer of the relevant saving in postage which will be credited in the form of a discount coupon to be used at the shop checkout when next placing an order. Coupon codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
 

COUPON CODES

When applied at the shop checkout, the code will reduce the invoice total by the postage credit value. Coupon code numbers can only be used once and there is no expiry date. Should the code be lost or mislaid, it can be recovered by calling 07942 817748.

RETURNED PARCELS

If for any reason a parcel is returned as "Undeliverable" by Royal Mail, the customer will be contacted to check the delivery address and if required the parcel will be posted again on payment of a further £6.95 delivery fee. Alternatively the order value will be credited less the £6.95 paid for postage.
