Selling "Live" packets and tins

Since eBay, Etsy, Facebook and others banned the sale of any product containing tobacco on their platforms, it has become increasingly difficult for collectors of "Live" vintage packets and tins to buy or sell such products online. As a long time collector of "Live" packets I am saddened to see my hobby spoiled in this way, so I have decided to offer a solution here on this website.

Option One.

I will always consider buying from you myself either to add to my collection or to re-sell in order to support this web site

Option Two.

Let me sell your products for you in my online shop and/or auction

Under this arrangement you send your products to me, and I will list, categorise, photograph, value and write a product description for every packet/tin before placing them in my online shop and/or auction. I will deal with marketing, promotion, order processing, postage, packing, insurance and any matters arising.

You can monitor progress on my web site and at the end of each month, you will receive a report showing the items sold, the prices achieved and the amount due to you after my commission has been deducted. Payment will be by Bank transfer within 7 days of the month end. There are no listing fees or VAT payable.

The agreement is for a minimum period of 3 months at the end of which,

1) The remaining items can be left on sale and the agreement extended.

2) You can ask for unsold items to be returned to you.

3) I may purchase the remaining items from you at an agreed price.

This offer applies to any cigarette, tobacco or cigar packet or tin either with or without contents.

My website enjoys over 8,000 visitors per month, most of whom have an interest in collecting. New items added to my shop are automatically featured in my Blog and mailing list of regular customers, so your packets/tins will be seen by literally thousands of potential buyers.
