Tobacco Collectibles Open Auction

This is one of the few places that you can buy and sell Vintage Packets, Boxes and Tins that still contain the original tobacco based product. Anyone over the age of 18yrs can join in, just sign up as a Buyer or a Seller (or both), and you are ready to go. There are no registration fees or Listing fees, so what have you got to lose!

1. The Seller places a Free listing on the Auction site
2. After the auction has ended an invoice is sent by the Auctioneer to winning bidder. Payment is required within 3 days.
3. When payment is received the funds are held in reserve by the Auctioneer.
4. The Seller is sent instructions to dispatch to the Buyer within 3 working days, using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service (next day delivery).
5. Seller sends posting receipt to the Auctioneer.
6. Auctioner advises Buyer that item has been dispatched and provides the tracking number.
7. The Sellers funds are released 7 days after the  delivery has been confirmed by the Royal Mail Tracking Service.
8. If the parcel is not delivered within 7 days, the Seller will be advised that the  transaction is void, and the funds are returned in full to the Buyer.

Before you can bid in the auction you must first go to the auction platform and create a free account. This allows you to use the site and gives you access to auction tools. Then register to bid in the Tobacco Collectibles Open Auction and you are good to go.

You must first register as a Seller before you can submit items to be auctioned. After you have submitted the form you will receive a unique Seller ID number for use when submitting lots.

To submit a product for auction simply open and complete the form below. Don't forget your Seller ID number, as the lot will not be accepted without it.

Please send your Tracked 24 posting receipt to the Auctioneer on the day of posting.

Buyers will be charged a 10% premium on the value of the winning bid + a £4.45 postage charge.

Sellers will receive 80% of the winning bid value + a £4.45 postage refund

There are no registration or listing fees.

Auctions are open to UK residents only.
Bids in Sterling only.
Bids will only be accepted from registered bidders.
Each Auction lot will be open for 30 days as shown.
Lots will be sold to the highest bidder.
The closing date is displayed by the countdown timer shown for each lot.
If bids do not exceed the minimum price (where set), the lot will not be sold.
The results of each auction can be viewed in the Bidders control panel.
The Auctioneer has absolute discretion to withdraw lots, refuse bids, cancel an auction, or decide upon any other related issue.
Where listed items contain tobacco, the item is sold as a vintage collectible and is not for consumption.
Lots are not to be sold or supplied to any person aged under 18yrs.
All lots are sold as seen (as shown in photographs) and are non-returnable.

The Seller is soley responsible for the safe delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
Tobacco Collectibles accepts no liability for the transaction between Buyers and Sellers, product descriptions, condition or delivery, and will not mediate in any disputes arising.
